I’m glad the contact info was useful. I am still trying to track down if the clerks have a signed copy. I believe the contact person for the clerks office I previously provided you with may be able to help. Another thought is that the Palm Beach Police Department may have a signed copy. I am trying to get you a contact for them as well.¶

I was able to get the grand jury files through the contact you provided, thank you so much.¶
Any update on tracking down the search warrant materials from the clerk of courts? If it would be helpful for me to reach out to someone there directly, I’d be happy to do so.¶
Thanks again so much for all of your help.¶

I was not given a case number for the grand jury. But there is on-going litigation regarding the release of the grand jury information with a local newspaper, the Palm Beach Post.¶
I am told that the below individual in the Clerk’s Office is likely a good point of contact regarding a motion to gain access to the records:¶

Thanks very much, Brianna. I’ll plan to call the clerk of court to inquire about how to file the motion. Is there a particular grand jury reference number or docket number of some sort that I should reference in the motion?¶

Hi Maurene-¶
In order to access the records from the grand jury your office would have to file a motion with the court to unseal the transcripts/records from the grand jury proceeding. Our office does not have possession of them.¶

I have reached out to my supervisor for more information on the grand jury proceeding. I’m honestly not sure who can get copies and under what circumstances.¶

Thanks very much, Brianna. Appreciate you looking into the warrant materials.¶
For the grand jury proceedings, how can we go about getting copies? Is there a different office I should reach out to?¶
From: Brianna Coakley¶
Our office is not in possession of a transcript of the grand jury proceeding.¶
