Attached are the application and proposed warrant. I revised the paragraphs describing the seizure of the discs for clarity. In addition, after speaking with the affiant, I revised the language in those paragraphs to make clear that some of the photographs are not just of nude or partially nude young girls, but that they are also sexually suggestive photographs.¶
