I spoke with tonight (11:30 EST) and he provided me with a subpoena (attached). They are working on finalizing the bail memo which is due tomorrow and were hoping to be provided some information to potentially use.¶
I am going to send you a file through AmexDrive which will contain the following:¶
- Mainframes – they were interested in his income.
○ WCCST shows $3M as of 6/2019¶
- Transactional data – the main spreadsheets are going to be
○ TD_Epstein_ALL CM11s – this is all his card accounts¶

Note that supplemental cardholder, Larry Visoski (), made a keyed charge on 7/10/19 for ~$14k at Jeppesen Dataplan, an aviation company. The transaction only show on CAS as of right now.
