We’d like to discuss the attached letter from Maxwell’s attorneys with you. I’m behind on drafting up the facts section of the superseder pros memo (which I wanted to circulate before our conversation about the superseder), so we’d propose using this afternoon’s 4pm call to discuss the issues in the attached letter and pushing out call about the superseder to tomorrow. Would that work?¶
