Prosecutors' email coordinating pre-charge interview list, Feb. 2020

Email between government prosecutors tracking outstanding pre-charge tasks, including pending interviews, school records, and airline subpoenas.Machine-written summary

Subject: RE: GM list

Date: Wed, 19 Feb 2020 22:43:04 +0000

I think having the records resolves the timeline concern, at least for purposes of getting clarity before we meet with again. For me at least, I think we’ve covered the whole list (or at least we’re scheduled to cover anything we haven’t already covered).

I’ve been keeping this front and center in my Inbox to make sure we covered it all — it’s now all either done or scheduled, right? With the exception of still waiting on the Interlochen records and some of the other school stuff, though knowing the info was the most important, I think (?). And obviously we’ve pinged the agents multiple times on the airlines. But let me know if I’m forgetting anything …

Just to stay organized, based on our conversation, here’s the list of outstanding stuff we are planning to do precharge, along with some other stuff I didn’t mention on the call (because I forgot), and let me know if I have anything wrong:

(interview scheduled for 2/7)

(hopefully Wednesday)

(aiming for week of 2/17) -I’d like to interview the person who said Epstein described GM as the “original girl finder” if possible. She is in LA, right?

(aiming for week of 2/10)

sister (TBD)

-Interlochen records (pending?)

-Do we want any other school records to firm up the timeline of the move to NYC?

-In initial interview she remembered it was Southwest Airlines she took—we’ve got a subpoena out but should follow up if we are not getting timely compliance
