in the box since 4/16/19 in MDC on H-tier ~6 weeks , first cell on the night - can see microwaves, rec deck, visit room can hear what guards are saying . incl at desk .
count supposed to be 4,10,12,3,5 weekdays 10am weekend officers just walk by cell, sometimes in look m some officers don’t to overnight count
on 6 ther (single cells) 6/8-mid July got to mcc 6/3 went to suicide watch blc asked for blankets, cleaning supplies, there were dead mice on floor of cell, the guards win bring anything +dn bring anything so covered window then they took down to suicide watch for ~1 day
then went back to 6-tier, they gave a blanket, soap. We have cleaning supplies
no one comes up to 6 ter, not even counselors, officer said I thought you was terrorists up here. Only time saw someone was it-feeling. Some days some officer does the count, some days they don’t even check on you. Only way you get legal calls is when it walls but its hard to get attn.
mid to late July, moved to H-ter ; kids wl behavioral problems were floating cells, moved all down to H-ter, other hers

only time see officers on H-ter before Eastern died, is when food comes

usually sleep from 12-3, workout at 3, then up have an open hole underneath since WI waterbugs mice coming through
never saw rounds after midnight before UE died

Noel - never did a round. Sister working at her sit down.
-one time was listening at door around 5pm, Noel were talking,6 said virus listening,and said We ‘re being nosy ,before that saw Noel saying he ‘s trying to apologize,said who,Noel said the posthole, the rich dude.
Noel never does rounds. If they’ve worked (shift) they know the count for next shift.
usually works daytime, he is the OIC, thinks we plant things on people

and that prosecutors asked abt told he was stupid for doing it. Now they are given less food, think its retaliation.¶

sometimes officers say on sat/sun they avent doing anything for you on sat/sun
after new officer comes in at 12, she turns fan (or heed) and it blocked out noise
dazed off, woke up back + forth food cart pushed in, then hear ” breathe! breathe!” other officers come in.
when they were waiting through wl breakfast, it. served food + drinks said you killed that turtle, she said ” if he is dead weve going to cover it up and she’s going to have an alibi, my officer ” Whole Htier heard that initiated convo.
then found out on news that JE died
officers kept saying I didnt kill him
” When people came through (negligents) inmates said ” miss noel killed Jeffrey ”
It never rubbed wrong . She dies rounds but d/L walk hers, goes to 105 but then leaves.
