Emails between a defense attorney and SDNY prosecutor about discovery access, Oct 2019

Subject:FW: discovery
Date:Thu, 31 Oct 2019 20:25:03 +0000

Very sorry to bother you, but would you be available for a call tomorrow to discuss? We need to make sure Tartaglione has regular access to his discovery.

Thanks,

Assistant United States Attorney

There is a problem here. This is just the latest exchange. I have been writing about this since before the $ 21^{st} $ . You asked me to let you know if we ran into a roadblock and we have. My understanding is that Nick has not seen his discovery since the $ 18^{th} $ , when it was taken from him.

I am out of the office today. Arrangements were made for him to view his discovery in attorney conference last weekend. The same arrangement will be made for this weekend as well.

There seems to be a problem. I don’t think Nick has been permitted to view his discovery since it was taken from him. Can we talk
