Hi -I will work to find a good time for -would it work having her use a program on her computer like Skype. On -the victims coordinator has been working with her but they may not have it resolved until Monday which would make it tight for her to get here in time for the meeting. If it is delayed, should she still plan to come so you can interview her and maybe she could meet separately with the victims coordinator? I am just trying to get a handle on the timing but it is looking like the paper work may not get through until Monday or Tuesday.¶

Just a quick update – has been working feverishly to try get here and I know that has been making efforts to help her but she doesn’t have it yet. I know you are holding a slot for her interview for Tuesday but that will depend on whether she can actually travel here.¶
Also – has decided its best that she not travel but she is willing to do something via a video conference if that would work.¶
