Unfortunately there isn’t anything on this in the returns. Fortunately, and somewhat randomly, USAA included signature card information in the refresh response, for whatever reason, which permitted the add-in that I included on that. Also man, am I glad I looked closely, because my initial draft accused her of straight-up lying – only after reviewing did I see the small print that she took her name off a month ago!¶
One of these forms says the homeowner’s insurance is through USAA when you check those docs, can you see if there’s anything in there about the house? Thanks.¶
Would you please save the below email and attachments in the subpoena returns folder for Epstein?¶
I have many more files to send but here is a start. The wire confirmation from the buying entity is in the sixth attachment here which is entitled Granite Reality disbursement file.¶
Please note that all contact was with a “Jen and Steve Marshal” and their attorney in Boston at Nutter McLennen & Fish.¶
Our firm was retained to handle the title and settlement services in connection with the closing but we were also retained to conduct additional research and due diligence on the property that related to privacy and security. I will send you materials related to that due diligence, as well as my hand written telephone notes later this afternoon/evening.¶
