Emails about witness travel records and an attorney representation, March 2020

Redacted email chain discussing witness-folder travel records, whether a lawyer represented a person, and flight records going back to 1999Machine-written summary

Just FYI, there’s an email with the Rosenberg and Sud info in the Witness folder for also attached here, in case any of it is helpful – e.g., ” or ” did travel for Maxwell (??).

Hey, yes, the guy is and you can contact him at that email address or at . There was some reason we previously thought he (or the entity) had been represented by Seth Rosenberg, but when we contacted Rosenberg he said he didn’t represent him/it so we just reached out directly.

Hey

The defense has given us notice they may offer this as an exhibit, so I want to talk to someone at this agency to confirm records don’t go back past 1999. Should I just email this address, or did you have some other contact info for them? Do you have any notes or other records from them confirming the records don’t go back earlier in time?

Thanks,

FYI, from the agency. Unfortunately this only goes back to 1999, which is brutal – just a couple more years would be so helpful! But, three flights in 2000 and 2001 (for the enterprising searchers, don’t miss on page 11), plus one of as well as various other folks we know well. Also note that they don’t have itineraries, just traveler and date of ticket issue (not date of travel).
