I can imagine a broad theory for why we’d withhold this, but the reason and I didn’t mark it is because (a) the request for the 7/23 video came from the Tartaglione team (originating from defense lawyer); and (b) I can’t imagine any scenario where we’d ever use this video. You may have seen other docs we withheld relating to the video capture, and those documents we marked as “withhold” because they relate to video of the August 9/10 timeframe.¶
There were some emails about the preservation of the 07/23 video that were not specifically identified in your comments, but to be consistent we are withholding them in full under Noel as well. Please let me know if this is not right. They are attached here.¶
