We’re rescheduling the call with r sine die, so that frees up some time tomorrow.

I previewed the approach we’re taking on the letter re: the BSF files, and she’s good with that approach, so no need for a call unless we want one. She said we could get her the letter by noon tomorrow, and that’s enough time for her to review by filing by the 5 p.m. deadline.
I also spoke to Karl about the legal questions I flagged for you guys in my email earlier. Happy to discuss that, as well as the substantive review of the files, this evening. As a preview, the law is narrower than what we had discussed last night, but I think the recommendation is still the same. Let me know what time works tonight for a call. Other than a short call at 7 p.m., I’m free.¶
