was interviewed pursuant to a proffer agreement at West Palm Beach, Florida. Present for the interview was R’s attorney Joseph Nascimento, along with AUSA , AUSA and Special Agent After being advised of the identities of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, provided the following information:

R spoke about two messages she recalled writing down. One of which had identifier SA03008 on the message pad dated 4/1/05. This message was from JEAN LUC BRUNEL and read, “He has a teacher for you to teach you how to speak Russian. She is 2x8 years old not blonde. Lessons are free and you can have lst today if you call.” R knew this to mean it referenced a teenage girl. R wrote this message. GHISLAINE MAXWELL was in the house and stated, “Oh, this is a funny message”. Either MAXWELL made R rewrite it or MAXWELL rewrote it herself. The message meant that there was a potential teenage girl for EPSTEIN to meet.

The other message had identifier SA01446 on the message pad dated 2/28/05. This message referenced school. Remembered taking this call. Did not know the name, but knew the call was in reference to scheduling a massage.

R would have used the initial ”■” when initialing her name back then.

R saw on Twitter that ALAN DERSHOWITZ stated that he was with his wife and kids when he was at EPSTEIN’s home. R met DERSHOWITZ and he was alone in the house with no wife and no kids when he received a massage.

was shown a series of copies of messages and asked about her recollection of each, all of which are attached in a 1A.

written.

Both EPSTEIN and MAXWELL’s stationary was in different places throughout the houses. MAXWELL’s stationary was by a large desk that she used or was in an area near the computer.

When in New York preparing to travel to Palm Beach, N would be the one who would primarily call to schedule massages. I gave R a list of things to do. EPSTEIN wanted R to confirm the night before or the morning of a scheduled massage. EPSTEIN would be in front of the computer in Palm Beach or his island when he gave a list of things to do and people to call. Sometimes EPSTEIN would let R sit on meetings and LESLEY GROFF would be there in New York.

R was trained on how to make calls from N. R reported directly to . N gave R a list on traveling to Palm Beach and pieces of paper to confirm massage appointments. R kept papers in the desk she used but later they were gone. R thought N had gotten rid of them.

R recalled a girl named who EPSTEIN wanted to find help for her SAT. tasked R for baby purchases for . R would call a person and ask about someone else to massage EPSTEIN. thought she recalled asking this person about a specific name of someone else. R did not remember ever asking if they knew other girls. R was always told who to call or who to ask about.

R remembered Y, known to law enforcement as N.

Y would come with other girls, and would stay in the kitchen or downstairs while the other girl would massage. R remembered M with other girls, but did not remember specifics.

R did not remember specific examples but thought she saw payments. EPSTEIN grabbed cash and went upstairs during massage sessions. There were piles of $100 dollar bills. Money was put back in a duffel bag. In Palm Beach and on the island, the duffel bag was kept by EPSTEIN’s desk. In Palm Beach, the desk was in the living room near the bookshelf. EPSTEIN had a cabana desk.

R was given $1000 in petty cash. R had to type up a report to account for it. R then gave this report to the accountant.

R had a feeling that she had knowledge that both girls, the one who brought the girl and the one who gave the massage, were both paid. R did not remember exactly though.

R recalled there were two girls named K, one in Palm Beach and one in Florida. The K in Palm Beach stayed around more. K and a girl named Y would often stay behind and chat. K brought another friend, who thought was named Y. This friend was into photography and brought a flower picture. K talked with DAVID COPPERFIELD once. K would chat with EPSTEIN. Y, J, and EPSTEIN would also be in the kitchen. K was trying to get into college in using a SAT tutor. When R was working in the New York office in MAXWELL’s townhouse, R was told to look into it getting K a tutor. R needed to buy books for K or her friend and ship them. The books did not arrive in time and EPSTEIN became really upset with R. When R was on the island, there was a stationary computer she used and saw a quick glance of the Palm Beach Y’s social media.

EPSTEIN gave books to R. These books included Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars, Stocks for Dummies, and a book about a woman’s cycle and body. O gave a book called Story of Old. recalled being in a BARNES AND NOBLE with EPSTEIN in New York and Palm Beach. could have picked books up when ordering.

In Palm Beach, when girls stayed and talked, they also received adjustments from a female chiropractor.

In New York, R remembered a girl named known to law enforcement as who was a model with a good agency. showed R shoes she received from EPSTEIN as a gift. would come and see EPSTEIN. R thought was a young model around 17 years old. traveled to New Mexico and Palm Beach.

R recalled a time where LARRY SOMMERS was visiting at the time in EPSTEIN’s New York house. There was a very long meeting with EPSTEIN in the upstairs living room. was helping serve drinks and food. R recalled being in EPSTEIN’s New York house in the waiting room, which was to

the left when entering the house, when O came in. O was dressed as though she had come from an event. O told R that she was looking for girls for EPSTEIN. O also helped find a chef and R said they found pornography or something similar.

R recalled a time where PRINCE ANDREW had breakfast with EPSTEIN. There was a young ballerina dancer that curtsied when EPSTEIN introduced her to PRINCE ANDREW. R thought this girl was introduced by D, but R was not sure.

R had a sexual encounter with EPSTEIN and O. R was going to the GYN and the GYN asked about sexual partners. In the car, R told EPSTEIN and O and told O that she had to disclose. O said something like, “What about all of the girls that Jeffrey has”.

In New York, was always with EPSTEIN. New York was N’s home base. Palm Beach was R’s home base. R had a studio apartment at 301 East 66th Street. Pilots also stayed at this location and O had an apartment at this location as well.

did not recall having meals together with EPSTEIN and others in Palm Beach. While on the island, things were more scheduled and meals were shared together. EPSTEIN would snack as opposed to sit down for meals. In New York, they ate out more and when it was around six or seven in the evening she would go home to her apartment. In Palm Beach, R stayed in EPSTEIN’s house on the second floor. N stayed above the garage towards the front of the street. Occasionally, R stayed in this room too.

I took photographs of R. I cataloged all the photographs and kept them in MAXWELL’s townhouse where they worked. There was a Mac computer with a large printer. I had a laptop. I had large binders to organize the photographs. There were a lot of nude photographs of women posing in each of his houses. R thought that she had a camera because she remembered taking photographs of EPSTEIN’s goddaughter A N and EPSTEIN playing chess. R remembered she and S taking photos at the pool, but did not remember who took the photos. R did not remember taking nude photographs.

R met MAXWELL because EPSTEIN tasked R to buy toiletries for guests staying at the 301 66th Street location. R came to learn that MAXWELL was EPSTEIN’s former girlfriend. MAXWELL bought furniture around the world for EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN delivered the news of MAXWELL’s father’s death. MAXWELL gave instruction to house managers. R remembered seeing MAXWELL in Palm Beach and on the island, but saw her a lot more in New York. In Palm Beach, EPSTEIN had a large bedroom with two bathrooms. MAXWELL had her belongings in his houses and closets. MAXWELL told R to do things and tasks. R did not like MAXWELL and tried to avoid her. MAXWELL was not a nice person. MAXWELL always had the house manager in tears. R thought the house manager was from the Philippines and had twins or young kids. R and N LNU worked for MAXWELL. DOYLE was an assistant who worked at the house and N worked out of the New York office. There was a setup of three desks at the office. I seemed close with MAXWELL. EPSTEIN gifted N with a fur coat that was kept at MAXWELL’s house. N worked for EPSTEIN. R worked for N, with EPSTEIN as her overall boss.

MAXWELL participated in threesomes when EPSTEIN was her boyfriend.

recalled a time in New Mexico where she traveled to a spa and MAXWELL said, “Oh if you find a pretty girl, get her number and she can give a massage to EPSTEIN”. MAXWELL was a very strong person. recalled a time where she traveled to Florida and her phone was not working. called DOYLE to connect her to MAXWELL. had to talk to about MAXWELL being upset because took up MAXWELL’s assistant’s time.

In Palm Beach, R called and scheduled massage appointments for EPSTEIN. This seemed like a regular activity. In New York, GROFF scheduled massage appointments; R did not schedule in New York. EPSTEIN received massages twice a day everyday. N would also have to schedule and confirm massage appointments. EPSTEIN would tell them that MAXWELL could get something if they could not because MAXWELL was persuasive.

N came across as condescending to R. EPSTEIN would tell R how ungrateful she was in not saying thank you. EPSTEIN said something similar to when she received a haircut and did not say thank you to EPSTEIN. R was told to tell to pack up and leave the apartment. R told EPSTEIN that she would never get an abortion and EPSTEIN asked what if the baby had Down Syndrome or she was raped. EPSTEIN

liked to play mind games. On the island, R was sick with a fever, when EPSTEIN came in the room and said, “Wake up lazy fuck”. On one of R’s days off, EPSTEIN left her a message and he was very upset. EPSTEIN made her sit on the floor and do a pedicure. EPSTEIN obsessed about R putting on his eye cream; if she missed a day he would get upset. There was a time on the island where EPSTEIN said that despite the guy being married, he was gay. EPSTEIN said this gentleman needed to spend more time with R and N. This man’s wife was DIANE VON FURSTENBERG. EPSTEIN called R a Polish Nazi.

On the island and in New Mexico, along with one time in Palm Beach, would have to give a massage and it would lead to sexual contact with EPSTEIN. Another girl, also gave massages.

R recalled a time where KATHY, the house manager, asked her to come downstairs. EPSTEIN asked R to run him a bath. N was in the room topless. N touched R.

There was a time where R was asked to travel to Boston. EPSTEIN often went to HARVARD. R thought the trip there was a short flight on his Gulfstream. The bed was made. When there was nudity and a sexual encounter, EPSTEIN wanted to have sex and if said no, he stopped. Other times, was involved in the sexual encounters and initiated them. The sexual encounters were predominantly associated with massages. In R’s mind she did not want to do it but went along with it. There was a very strange situation that happened on the plane when EPSTEIN grabbed R by the neck and shook her hard. R did not remember EPSTEIN being forceful with the sexual encounters. R was 20/21 years old and stated that it was consensual. EPSTEIN sometimes told R that she had massaging duty. R was confused that this was part of her role. R did not see N give massages.

EPSTEIN flew R’s parents in as a surprise. R was not happy with this because he had access to her parents. At a prior time, EPSTEIN and R talked about her Polish background and EPSTEIN had said the last name of her grandmother. R knew at this point he had done research on her family and background.

A Department of State Agent BEN WOLF flew on EPSTEIN’s plane and asked

EPSTEIN first told that she had massage duty when they were on his island together. could not recall how it progressed to sexual contact. R felt the sexual encounter with O was planned. initiated the contact with EPSTEIN and . R had approximately five encounters with the two of them together. EPSTEIN joked that O was his gay girlfriend. There was one time where EPSTEIN was not present and initiated sexual contact.

R gave a massage. R also gave a massage to a girl who flew into the island. R did not know this girl’s name. R met this girl at St. Barts, where this girl was a sales associate. This girl did not look underage to R. N flew this girl in.

EPSTEIN introduced the S to R. EPSTEIN introduced R as his cousin to them and to other people. When R looked up the word “cousin” in slang, it meant prostitute. was upset by this. She felt that EPSTEIN was propositioning her.

There was a time where they flew into Aspen and LES WEXNER and other girls went shopping. They gestured to R and she thought they were talking about her.

ANDREW FARKAS introduced a Sultan from Dubai to EPSTEIN. I was there on the phone with and EPSTEIN telling her what to say. lived in New York. EPSTEIN was telling her not to think about it too long. N told R that she had to drive to meet someone in Palm Beach. EPSTEIN told R that something would happen with her visa, but R did not remember everything about this. R thought something had happened to EPSTEIN’s detriment. N gave R the number of the person she was supposed to meet. R was rushing there. JANUSZ BANASIAK and another gentleman, PAUL, were there. They were grabbing computers and notebooks. R was to follow up with the gentleman on when to get the items back. They were to be given to someone named DETECTIVE BLACK and to be returned when he was done with them. R gave the computers and notebooks to PAUL. BANASIAK found more books. R called PAUL or he was still there and she gave them to him. R thought that the instruction came from N because she gave R the phone number. R thought they then traveled on to the island.

After this, asked to gather books on the island and to bring them back from the island. reminded to go in all the locations and huts. brought these items back from the island and to New York and gave them to. R saw it on and turned it off. In the beginning of 2006, R saw EPSTEIN reach for the tape recorder and slip it into his bathrobe.

The initial promise EPSTEIN made to was for her to work for him, learn things like stocks and the business world. Working for EPSTEIN was stressful for R; the verbal assaults grew and she never felt good working for him. R told N that she was resigning. N did not take her seriously.
