Internal email between DOJ and a US Attorney's Office attorney about releasing an Epstein jail attorney visit room inventory log with privacy redactions.Machine-written summary

Subject: RE: Quick Epstein FOIA check in Date: Thu, 14 Jan 2021 15:48:09 +0000

Thanks

No issues on our end if his name is not on it (and probably don’t even need to see it).

Subject: Quick Epstein FOIA check in

Quick check-in on the Epstein FOIA: there’s an attorney visit room inventory log (with inmate names on it) that we previously withheld under 7(A) that the Noel team now thinks we can release with privacy redactions. It’s one page, and there’s no mention of Tartaglione there. I’m assuming (1) I could send this to you and (2) this can be released with no Tartaglione concerns because he’s not on the document. But checking before I send it to you and/or it gets released.

Thanks,
