Donnie,

It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch, and obviously our world changed substantially very shortly after the below email exchange from August 9. But we wanted to reach back out because we were wondering if you would be willing to ask Mr. a couple specific, relatively narrow questions relating to an ongoing investigation. Ordinarily we would ask ourselves, in the context of the discussion we had planned to have—and still hope to schedule, once health and safety permits—but given all of the current circumstances, we’d like to make the request through you.

The initial question is whether Mr. recognizes the individual in the attached photo, and if so, generally how he knows the individual. And if Mr. does know the individual, we may ask you to please convey limited follow-up questions, or to schedule a brief call. If it would be at all useful to discuss this request, please let us know; if that is helpful we can chat at your convenience.

Thank you, and hope this finds you well.

Assistant U.S. Attorney

Southern District of New York

Donnie,

Our schedule is a bit up in the air right now, but we are tentatively looking at dates during the week of the 19th. We will let you know as soon as our plans firm up, and thanks for being flexible.

Best,

Ms.

Is there a time on Thursday that works for you? We’ve managed to collect some documents.

[EXTERNAL EMAIL]

Andy and Brendan (good to be in touch!), we wanted to get back to you from your voicemail on Thursday, with apologies for the delay. Is there a good time to have a call sometime in the next few days? I don’t expect it will take long, but may be easier to set a time than to try phone tag. Some combination of our team should be generally available, so if you let us know a few times that work for you, hopefully we can get it in the calendar.

thanks,

Andy,

Following up on the below, we became somewhat distracted shortly after this email for obvious reasons, but I don’t believe we ever got any response, and we haven’t received any of the documents pursuant to our subpoena. Can you please let us know the status and let us know if it would be helpful to have a call to get this moving forward again?

thanks,

Andy, briefly following up on the below, I just left you a voicemail but also wanted to send a quick email. To expand on our prior discussion, the type of documentary materials we are seeking from in the first instance are any flight manifests, flight plans, or other documents reflecting passengers and/or travel records, dating back to

  1. And we would like to hear from him about his observations, if any, of young women or girls on flights, as well as any discussions with Mr. Epstein about his relationships with young women or girls, or his legal issues relating to those relationships. We are also interested to know the identities of Epstein’s employees and staff whom is aware of, current and previous.

I hope that’s helpful for your continued discussions with him, and please let us know if you have any questions or if any additional info would be useful.

thank you,

Andy,
