I forgot to ask what’s the case name and specific purpose of this trip? About to book both of your flight reservations now. I’ll add the hotel to the trip once you make your selection. Thanks.¶

Hope you’re doing well and staying safe. I’m reaching out to ask if you’re available today to help us make some travel reservations for an upcoming trip to London. In particular, and I are looking for a nonstop flight to London, departing 10/12 on a redeye (landing 10/13), and returning on 10/17. I think we are required to book refundable fares on U.S. carriers.¶

If you’re available, could you please send us some potential flights today?¶

Thanks very much,¶
