In the next day or so, OPR will be providing its draft report in the USAO-SDFL’s 2006-2008 handling of the Epstein matter to US Attorney Strauss by transmittal from OPR Director We’ll be copying you on the transmittal letter, and will email the draft report to you as well as to US Attorney Strauss. You may want to let her know that the report will be coming to her (and you), for review and whatever comment your office may wish to offer OPR, and we’ll ask for any comments within a couple of weeks. We will be also asking that the draft be closely held.¶
