My understanding from the clerk’s office is that if we provide your email address to the clerk, she will send you an invitation to the video conference. You will then be able to join the conference, but you would only observe and would not speak on the record.¶

The clerk’s office in the District of New Hampshire plans to send email invitations to the video conference for this afternoon’s proceedings. The USAO in New Hampshire has asked us to gather the email addresses for the attorneys who will appear for the defense.
