Due to new audit standards you cannot use your travel card to pay for the conference room at the hotel. Please ask the hotel to send you an invoice for the conference room rental and I will ask my contracting officer to charge it to his card.¶

In connection with the ongoing investigation of Epstein’s co-conspirators, we would like to request permission to travel to Palm Beach next week for a proffer with We would plan to fly in on Tuesday and fly out on Wednesday. We would also like to request permission to book a conference room at the hotel for the meeting, as we’ve done before. I think we will only need the conference room for one day, but if victims will meet with us while we are down there we might need to book a second day.¶
