I know felt very strongly about traveling under similar pre-charge circumstances, but I view that fairly differently as she had no experience being under the pressure of criminal liability and was traveling to another country where she had citizenship.¶

We received an email from counsel, letting us know that she is planning to travel to Mexico and the Bahamas for a vacation. They wanted to check with us to make sure that’s not an issue. We assume it’s okay if we tell them that’s fine, but wanted to check with you first.¶
