I think that’s right, thanks.

Subject: Re: Ghislaine Maxwell

Thanks, So it’s probably better if we refer her to the New Hampshire district court?

On Jan 4, 2021, at 3:03 PM,

I don’t believe it would be publicly docketed anywhere. For a member of the public to get it, I believe they’d need to request it from the clerk’s office in the District of New Hampshire.

For your reference, attached is our internal copy.

Is it available? We can’t find it in the docket, and Nick just looked in the D-NH docket.

Yes, the sealing order on our cellphone tracking warrant out of the District of New Hampshire lapsed in December. So that warrant from the New Hampshire court is no longer sealed. It doesn’t contain any sensitive information about witnesses or our ongoing investigation, so there was no basis for us to seek continued sealing.

NY Post reporter is asking about the search warrant affidavit referred to in the linked Daily Beast story. Is such a search warrant affidavit now unsealed?

Hi — I’m trying to track down this document this story is based on. It says it’s an affidavit for a search warrant. I can’t find this document on PACER. Could you please help me locate it?

Thank you!
