Will do – it turns out it actually got delivered to him in hard copy (I couldn’t pick it up since it had already gone to the clerk’s office, and then out for delivery) but I grabbed it from him and had it scanned. Thanks, I believe Judge Nathan was the USDJ on Part 1 on Friday.

We can pick up … only thing is, did this not need to go to Part 1? would know better than I whether a mag court order is sufficient, I just ask because I think the prior order was a district judge.
