Peter Forman, South Shore Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, has said. “[The family is] very much a part of the community.” As kids, the brothers passed out campaign fliers for Arthur Tobin, a former Quincy mayor who now serves as clerk magistrate of the city’s district court. Former Quincy Mayor Walter Hannon Jr. partnered with the O’Connells in the development of Granite Links. And over the years, the O’Connells have given thousands of dollars to local candidates, including former U.S. Representative William Delahunt (who lives at Marina Bay), former state Treasurer Tim Cahill, and current Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey. The brothers, it seems, were strategic in their donations; their close ties to so many local leaders didn’t exactly hurt their development projects.¶
The nightclub owners and Trooper Charlie Kane are silent campaign managers for the Norfolk DA Mike Morrissey shown above. Charlie was working in his office and all are close to Bill O’Connell. Charlie is the one who texted me the nickname “Kookie”, which means he knew what was going on with O’Connell and children.¶
I also found some of them (Mathias) on websites seeking “young thai girls”, and if you read my Bill O’Connell document, you will see more ties of theirs to their erotic world.¶

I have been typing this and searching for this information for three days, and since they are hacked into me they know what I have found and will do all they can to block it. They are also masters at cover ups, pay people to lie, and have friends at the LE section of Ebay who alter accounts¶

immediately and reissue them to hide the original owner. They will do all they can to block the truth and their ties to O’Connell, they already have.¶
Trooper Manning’s email to me is below, this was around the time I ditched him after going on a few dates, and he’s been obsessed with me since. He has also hacked my bank account, and he’s the one tied to my home and trucks, gains entry to destroy my property, and he’s still having him criminals do the same to me today in NH. He actually tells me it’s going to be done before he does it, and then when I report him, he gets mad and issue’s more threats.¶
He hasn’t been held accountable since I began reporting him over ten years ago and this is why he continues. I just bought a new home and it’s been vandalised in over twenty places, and only done if I leave my house or as I sleep. This is one trooper who is a danger to society, preys on women and children, and belongs in jail.¶
