Definitely a friendly call. Good question on OEO. Is it the same lawyer in the doj suit as the suit v Epstein? I’m talking only about the Epstein suit for now.

Is that going to require OEO approval? And even if not, he is litigating against DOJ - would think we’d want to make clear this is a friendly not hostile overture.

I think a way of firmly and likely publicly staking claim (which is probably the way to go here) is to subpoena the civil lawyer in case v Epstein for deposition transcripts and other materials.
