Following up on the below and our brief conversation this afternoon, you’re absolutely correct that I had said we’d send transcripts of the court proceedings thus far; they are attached.¶
You also had asked about additional information about written or otherwise recorded messages from (or in connection with, or referencing) victims. While we’re not currently in a position to provide additional detail about those particular records (in terms of identifying information on those records themselves), we can give you related information that is more specific and I think may be more helpful. Separate from the messages, we have contemporaneous telephone records, including records from a cell phone that was registered to your client, in her name — those cell phone records reflect numerous phone contacts with multiple girls who were underage at the time of the calls.¶
