I think this is just an inadvertent semantics issue — we’ve been generally referring to these interactions as “interviews” but that’s not formally accurate for some of the folks we’re talking to — anyone we come to you about is someone we’re talking to for purposes of grand jury (and eventual trial) testimony. Sorry about that confusion, and these victims are definitely GJ (and trial) meetings.¶

You all have to travel I would say talk to about travel but they are difficult travel arrangements and budget does not access to hotel and car service.¶
So it has to be GJ pre trial or trial.¶

As I just did itineraries for the two witnesses, just a summary of what I see needs to be completed on Monday/or next week, and double checking a couple of details.¶

You will please set up a car for on Wednesday to and from the interview. I have it at 1pm at the Lotte New York Palace (where Gloria is staying) at 455 Madison Avenue at $50^{th}$. Gloria will arrange a private space to meet in.¶
You will please set up a car for on Thursday to and from the interview. I have it at noon at the Lotte New York Palace, as above.¶
You will please set up a car for each for them to return to the airport.¶
