Yes, conferred this morning, still disagree on the main points. We expect to have a draft letter to you by 2:00.¶
And I think may be getting a little ahead of himself – although Visoski had the CPB officer’s number in his phone, he didn’t remember the guy, didn’t think he was friends with Epstein, and didn’t know of any significant connection between the two, much less anything nefarious. We’re going to have those agents join our interview of him, but I personally wouldn’t describe it as promising at this stage.¶
Hey Guys – Have you conferred yet with Maxwell’s attorneys? I’m assuming we still plan/need to put in a letter by 5?¶
Second, just got a call from Taylor – understand we got an attorney proffer from counsel for Larry Visoski on the potential CBP angle and that the proffer was promising? Not urgent but next time we chat, let’s discuss that as well.¶
