Thank you. From the below email, it looks as if you had a number of matters being addressed during that time period. Is that correct? For clarification, I’m trying to determine when the new camera system was actually going to be installed and put into use. That is, if the camera project started in March 2019, why was the old camera system still in use on August 9/10, 2019, with the new camera system being installed the week beginning August 11/12, 2019? It is my understanding that the new system arrived on site in late October 2018, and was waiting to be installed. Is that correct? Are you saying that the infrastructure for the cameras to be installed was taking place from March 2019 through August 2019? If so, what did that infrastructure project entail? And if so, when was the new camera system that was on site scheduled to be installed and put into use? Thanks again,

When I arrived TDY February 2019 we, only had one Communication Technician. Therefore, after talking to the regional office, they started a project to assist in funding and labor, so we were able to start the week of March 17, 2019 for the camera system and all other infrastructure throughout the institution.
