SUBJECT: Passed information from Special Housing Unit¶
On Friday August 9, 2019 at approximately 1:50 p.m, I passed on to oncoming staff member and present shift staff and That Inmate Reyes #85993-054 was going WAB and possibly may not return. Also that Inmate Epstein #76318-054 will be needing a cell mate upon arrival from his attorney visit.¶

All physical log books located at the time of the incident and subsequent Suicide Reconstruction were turned over to the FBI. However, R&D had an Intake Screening log book (9/13/2017 - PRESENT) which was reviewed today. There is an annotation for a phone call made by on 7/30/19 (see attachment). I will turn the log book over to confirmed with Psychology and their books are¶

The BOP is working on litigation regarding documents and information in MCC records with regard to Jeffrey Epstein. Please look for the following documents and return to me via email ASAP. If you see notes regarding , she is working on the litigation and has been gathering different information. If you have any questions, about the specific documents, please get in touch.¶
