While we are aware that USAA Bank has the ultimate decision to keep open or close these accounts, we advise that closing the accounts would impact the progress of a criminal grand jury investigation. This request is made for a period of six months, and we request that USAA Bank provide notice if it intends to close any accounts referenced herein.¶
