On 8/26/2019, CART received one (1) Gold/Black Apple iPhone, model A1920, S/N: IMEI:IIIIIIIIIIIIIII evidence item 1844, for extraction. Writer started examination for 1844 on 08/26/2019 and performed a device extraction pursuant to a signed consent to search form, dated 08/26/2019. Writer submitted a Mobile Device Unlock Service Request (MDUS) to the Electronic Device Analysis Unit (EDAU) for a Full File System extraction. EDAU furnished MDUS Number 10754 for reference.¶
