| was housed in. Cell III on On. Friday (August 09, 2019), of the Special Housing Unit within MCC. He received a visit from his that day. He was suspected of receiving girlfriend, contraband at the visit and was placed in the dry room for approximately 25 was then moved to I tier Cell III. hours. |

remembers that JEFFREY EPSTEIN would be in legal from approximately 9am to 9pm and he was housed in cell 220 in L Tier.¶
FERNANEZ had no information regarding the death of EPSTEIN.¶
