Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(AXii), Plaintiff the Government of the United States Virgin Islands submits this stipulation of dismissal of its claims against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A pursuant to and consistent with the terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties on September 29, 2023.

The dismissal shall be with prejudice.
