I, Richard Barnett, being duly sworn, do depose and state as follows:

1. 1. I am over the age of 18, am otherwise competent to testify and base the following on my personal knowledge.
1. 2. On May 7, 2008, I received copies of the summons and complaint in four lawsuits:
   1. a. Jane Doe #2 v. Jeffrey Epstein, Case No. 08-CV-80119,
