ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant Motion to Adopt is GRANTED and is given leave to adopt as her own: (1) co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint and Supporting Memorandum and Exhibits (DE 13); and (2) codefendant Jeffrey Epstein's Reply in Opposition to Plaintiffs Response in Opposition to Epstein's Motion to Dismiss (DE 31).
