<sup>I</sup>was dispatched to in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, I met w, who stated that while she was with her boyfrie • a '-ra Ave., they began arguing. Her boyfriend, Mr. Preston Vinyard, grabbed her around her neck and be an spitting on her, accusing her of cheating on him. stated that when she tried to leave, she tried to bite et w, but he bit her on the finger. I observed that upper li was eginning to swell up, and her finger was ruised. stated that she did not wa to rosecute Preston to a ery. Information ern was given to about segking_a restraining order. Preston is apparently vat 147 I'm Ave. at this time. He was not at the residence at the time of this report.
