Correct. He complained about my description of the litigation, even though I quoted directly from the agreement, and he did not want me to disclose the fact that Judge Marra ordered us to make the full agreement available to all of the victims. He also didn’t answer my question about which lawyer should be cc’d on the letter.

Hi all – Hope you had a nice weekend. Jay and Roy have not responded to my last letter. I spoke with Bob Josefsberg today, and he has a lot of great ideas. He spoke with Roy last week and it sounds like they are working out the details, but no documents have been signed.

I would like to send the letters out to the victims today. Do you have any objection?
