I wanted to reach out to request travel to California regarding the Epstein case we are currently working. Paul and I, along with two AUSA’s have traveled to FL for this case. We are now looking to go to California next week June 19-21 to interview a victim. By way of background, Epstein invited minors into his residences, one of which was located in Manhattan, and paid them to provide massages to him which turned sexual in nature. Epstein was offered a non-pros agreement by the US Attorney in Florida in 2008. SDNY received approval from the DAG to move forward with a possible prosecution out of NY. The case has been in the news.
