On the 23 day of December in the year 2011, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, personally appeared Brett Geary , personally known to me or proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence to be a subscribing witness to the within instrument, who being by me duly sworn, did depose and say that she resides in the United States Virgin Islands; that she knows Jeffrey E. Epstein to be the individual who executed the within instrument; that said subscribing witness was present and saw Jeffrey E.
