- DR recalls that the first residence of GM’s that he visited was a large apartment on 59th Street near Columbus Circle

- DR gave all flight manifests for JE planes in his possession to JE attorney around 2005 or so. DR did not keep a copy for himself.

- DR recalls flying JE to TVC between 1991 and 1999, in or around July/August

- DR recalls meeting around and that

- DR stopped recording passengers in his log book in February 2007 because one of JE’s lawyers told him to stop.
