- During the 2005 PBPD investigation of Epstein, went with on interviews. was the lead handling the investigation, and would go as backup a lot just to be there with . was not part of any trash searches.

- Other than the one supplement regarding the search that wrote, does not recall writing any reports or taking any notes.

- participated in October 20, 2005 search of JE house, and went through the house with Det. . reviewed supplement reports by & to refresh his recollection of the search. recalls:



○ & went into main house to conduct search



○ Started in garage



○ Went through each room with fine tooth comb





○ Remembers seeing the phone message book that pointed out to him. Stands out in his mind because that was the type of evidence they were looking for – were trying to find documents like that. Doesn’t remember what was on the book or what it looked like.



o Detectives would point evidence out, then crime scene unit would put each item into evidence. Believes and were the CSU team that day. Believes videotaped, collected, logged evidence.

o Epstein’s house stands out in mind, recalls lots of photographs of young women.

O Believes reviewing photographs/videos would help refresh recollection and bring back more details.
