I see. Generally, we turn over image files for discovery and not the documentation until we are into trial prep. I realize things may be different here because of the complexities. Does she have a timetable? I am in Colorado now for my sister's memorial service, and next week at CART Moot Court. I won't be back in the office till the 31st.

I know in the past, she has worked with from our Hudson Valley RA. What she is referring to is known as our notes, but those aren't complete until the exam is over. Is she looking for some preliminary stuff? Also, to what end?
Understood. said that from past FBI cases she understood that CART completed some type of paperwork that documented the date of data extractions, not necessarily 302s but some type of documentation. Is there some type of paperwork for this that we can pass along to them?
