did testify regarding metadata. USAO gave notice to the defense regarding his testimony. I’ve attached the draft they sent to us regarding his proposed testimony. While did testify regarding the metadata, the court would not allow him nor any law enforcement officer to give opinion testimony under Rule 702 as an expert.
