I feel that we are losing critical timing in order to set up this project with proper financing. Please let me know if we can coordinate a meeting to discuss further with her lawyer. Many thanks. Most importantly, if a creative work based on her book (only) is to be made, she needs creative input and approval so her life and those of her family are not distorted for the sake of the project. Since you do not seem to be well versed in this area, you may want to consider engaging an attorney to assist on your end. This agreement should not have been fast tracked in this way, it is not fair to as I’m sure you understand now. Reserving all rights. Kathy M. Lombard, Esq. EFTA00144483 | | | | | EFTA00144484
