The asbestos files are unintentionally breaking and seperating from the floor in both inmate and visitor ares.</td></tr><tr><td>Proposal</td><td colspan="9">MCC New York proposes to hire a contractor to remove all asbestos identified in past and present surveys. The contractor will also inspect, clean, abate, and dispose of all asbestos contained therein.
