SUBJECT: Authorization to Feed Meals in the Attorney Conference Room

On July 23, 2019 I was informed by Cook Supervisor that Inmate Epstein was being fed inside attorney conference. I never stated to anyone that my supervisor instructed me to feed Inmate Epstein inside attorney conference.
