STATES HE HAD HIS CPAP MACHINE WITH HIM WHEN HE ARRESTED.STATES THE FBI LOKELY HASL4-L5 SEVERE STENOSIS CASUING NUMBNESS AND SHOOTING PAIN IN THELOWER EXTREMITIES.SURGICAL HX:NONEMENTAL HEALTH HX:NONE</td></tr></table>
