I am looping in my attorneys at MDC. They will be able to identify the appropriate Correctional Services staff member to execute a declaration (presumably the Captain or Deputy Captain).

Thanks! If we need a declaration, who would you recommend we go to? (It looks like Motiwala is likely to be housed in MDC, but I’m wondering if there is someone from BOP that isn’t assigned to a particular correctional facility that we might be better of speaking with for this.)

I think the answer is that we have no present basis to believe he will be housed in SHU, subject to any changes in circumstance.
