On 05/24/2021, JASON E. FOY, a partner at the FOY & SEPLOWITZ, LLC law firm, received an email threat against his client, TOVA NOEL. NOEL is being represented in connection with captioned investigation. The threatening email was from address , with a displayed user name ", and read "Go ahead and let your client Tova know, THIS ISN'T OVER!! [skull emoji]".

This threat was forwarded to the and of the SDNY who are assigned to captioned investigation. They in turn forwarded this threat to Squad C-19 for investigation and threat assessment.

Open source and other database checks associated that email address to of Las Vegas, NV and provided the following information:



A DIVS check indicated that is the subject of an FBI full investigation, 9E-LV-3425108 regarding interstate threats, as well as two previous assessments regarding other threatening messages (9E-LV-3356873 and 9E-LV-3357106).

investigation regarding that case as well as this specific threatening communication. At this time, there is no information or reason to believe that is specifically targeting NOEL and is known to send threatening messages to various people based on things he sees in the news. The attached information is being forwarded to Las Vegas for inclusion as appropriate in their investigation.

Writer discussed the above with AUSA of the SDNY. No further investigative action to be taken by New York on this matter at this time.
