On August 17, 2019, members of the New York Office's Evidence Response Team (ERT) documented the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Special Housing Unit (SHU), Floor 9 South located at 150 Park Row, New York, New York. This documentation was performed at the request of Attorney General William Pelham Barr.

At approximately 7:45 a.m., the following personnel were escorted into the SHU by a Bureau of Prisons liaison:

The Multipurpose Room, Tier L hallway, and Tier M cell 123, were documented utilizing a combination of Spherical Photography, 3D Scanner, Total Station, and hand measurements. At approximately 11:53 a.m., the team departed the SHU.

Attached hereto as a 1A for inclusion into the investigative case file are the Administrative Worksheet, Sign-In Log, Total Station data, schematics with measurements, and sketch. The Spherical Photographs with Photo Log were provided to the case squad separately. The 3D Scanner data has been submitted to the case file under a separate cover.
